According to a study by TrackMaven, most posts occur between 8am and 5pm, with the most popular hour being between 12-1pm; however, the posts that have the highest interaction are between 5pm and 1am.
Additionally, even though weekends have the lowest posting frequency, that’s when the highest interaction rates are.
Knowing this information, brands may want to consider using software with scheduling capabilities in order to posts during these times.
